Ingredients

Lemon Cheesecake Mix

Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Fractions, L Glutamine, Lactase Enzyme, Flavouring, Gelatin, Sweetener (Sucralose <1%), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Xanthan Gum.

Allergens: Contains dairy.

Base

100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%).

Allergens: Contains almonds.

How to make

To prepare your Cheesecake you will need:

  • 30g melted butter
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 50g heavy cream
  • 3 Muffin/Cupcake patty pans.


To make the base

Mix - Empty contents of this pack into a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Place the base mix in the base of each muffin/cupcake patty pan, pressing down firmly.

To make the lemon cheesecake mix

Melt: Heat cream cheese in the microwave (900w) for 15 seconds or allow to sit at room temperature until it is easy to mix.

Mix: Mix cream cheese, cream and cheesecake mix in a bowl and mix well, removing any lumps.

Make: Divide the cheesecake mix between the three muffin/cupcake pattys, adding onto the top of the base mix.

Chill: Place in the fridge for approximate 15 minutes or until set. Enjoy!

Cheesecake.

These are easy to make, no cooking but, they have a very strong and bitter aftertaste
Could not eat them.
Better off making your own
