You will need: Juice of half a lemon, 20G Erythritol, 140G Cream Cheese, 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Dissolve Erythritol in the Lemon Juice
2 Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well to remove any lumps
3 Spread over cake
