How to make
There are three layers in a slice Base, Flavouring Mix & Chocolate.
15g of Melted Butter
Two muffin/cupcake patty pans
Mix - Empty contents of the base mix into a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Place the base mix in the base of each muffin/cupcake patty pan, pressing down firmly.
You will need:
10g of melted butter
40g of heavy cream
Mix - Empty the mix contents into a bowl. Add cream and mix well. Then add the butter and mix well again.
Make: Divide the mix between the two muffin/cupcake patties, adding onto the top of the base mix.
Place: in fridge whilst you make the last layer
You will need:
20g of cream
10g of butter
1g of coconut oil
Mix: Empty the chocolate mix contents into a bowl. Melt butter and coconut oil together. Add melted butter and oil to the dry mix and mix well, then add cream. Mix well.
Make: Divide the chocolate mix between the two muffin/cupcake patties, adding onto the top of the caramel.
Place: in the freezer for 1/2 hour to an hour. Leave in freezer if not consuming immediately.
