You will need
1 cup (75g) Low Carb Mash mix
400ml COLD water or milk
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
salt to taste
In a mid sized saucepan, stir the ingredients together to combine.
Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil, whisking continuously.
reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. The longer you cook it, the thicker it gets.
Adjust salt to taste. Serve warm.
