Our amber desert salt has a nice kick. We handpick this salt well before all the brine is evaporated. This saves it from turning into a harsh salt like most cheap table salt which is harvested industrially from totally evaporated brine which turns the salt into rock. The amber desert salt forms cube salt at the bottom of the clay pans.
