Shipping Providers

Australia Post

We ship with Australia Post as this has shown to be fastest, safest, most reliable method for most of our customers. We can also ship with other shipping providers if you would prefer.

 

Tracking

All orders come with free tracking. We'll email / txt you a tracking link when we ship your order.

 

Signature

You can choose to have your order delivered with or without a signature. Signatures cost an additional $3.

If you choose "Authority To Leave", Australia Post will put the package in a safe place out of the weather according to your instructions.

If you choose "Signature Required" then Australia Post will request a signature on delivery. If you're not home, they put a card in your post box indicating which local post office you can collect the package from. You will need to provide identification to collect from the post office.

If you chose "Authority To Leave" Australia Post will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises. Yo Keto, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this delivery method. You agree to release Yo Keto from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

 

Shipping time

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days. We ship every weekday.

 

Estimated delivery times

Shipping time + 1 to 2 business days: NSW, ACT, VIC

Shipping time + 2 to 5 business days: SA, South QLD

Shipping time + 3 to 5 business days: TAS

Shipping time + 4 to 7 business days: North QLD

Shipping time + 5 to 9 business days: NT, WA

Packaging

We strive to use eco-friendly recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging wherever we can.

Our packing peanuts are made from Bio Fill beads, not Styrofoam. They dissolve in water and can be disposed of with rubbish as they completely breaks down. They are also compostable and can be used on your garden – it can actually improve soil structure! 

The bubble wrap we use is an Australian product called "EcoPure Bubble". It contains an organic additive that helps it degrade quickly in landfill through a series of chemical and biological processes.

 

Locations

We ship from our warehouse at Port Kembla, Wollongong NSW to locations Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally.
