Carbon Neutral Parcel Deliveries
We work with Australia Post to ensure our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
Customer Packaging
We use recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible including:
- Boxes – Recyclable (curb side).
- Packing Peanuts – Compostable (made from corn, pretty ironic for a keto site).
- Mailing Bags – Recyclable through REDcycle – Just drop off at your local Coles or Woolworths.
- Bubble wraps – Made from recycled plastic. Recyclable through REDcycle.
Supplier Packaging
All packing we receive from our suppliers is recycled at Flagstaff, an inspirational company that also gives employment opportunities to many local people.
Minimising Food Waste
We minimise food waste by selling packaged products beyond their "best before" date in our clearance section. We are unable to sell products past their use by date, so this is shared with staff and the local community prior to expiry.
