This is the best low carb rice I have tasted. The texture and taste is pretty good!
Perfect it replaces sugar in baking, yoghurt, hot or cold drinks and in cooking recipes.
Not everyone will agree but, in my opinion, this is the best reduced carb pasta I've tried. It's the closest thing to regular pasta in taste although the texture is more "Al dente" than I like when cooked per instructions on the packet. I find adding a few minutes cooking time rectifies this. For anyone who loves pasta but is watching their carb intake, do yourselves a favour and give this a try.
I have been enjoying all the flavours. I do intermittent fasting and they really help with replacing the minerals my body needs.
These are very good for a general indication based on the colour chart provided, not as useful for people wanting to track a more detailed level of ketosis. Another benefit is that these strips are very easy to use. The only real issue is that the numbers next to the colours for the ranges is quite small and I need a magnifying glass along with the my glasses to read them (one of the joys of getting older).
Never taken Ketones IQ before but it does give you that extra subtle brain boost . Need to take more to feel the boost cognitive effects. Tastes great 👍.. ciao

The pork scratchings are very hard, teeth breaker. I ended up crushing them to save my teeth from being chipped. I purchased them as a quick snack, not to crush them before snacking. Very disappointed.
I liked the Curlys brand Keto friendly, they were so good and not hard. Curlys no longer available they've closed down.
My diabetic daughter loves these. While it still raises her blood sugar slightly it’s not as much as a regular lolly pop and now she can enjoy treats just like the other kids. She loves them!

These are very nice indeed, and I'm not a lemon taste type person. Be careful not to overcook, in fact go for a slightly underdone, they dry out quick.
