This is a great product I did mix with another keto breading mix to make it stretch further. I added 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder also S&P to cover 2 schnitzels. Just be careful not to have cooking temp too high as I found it can turn dark very quickly.
Overall very enjoyable and good staple in pantry.
Getting the balance right is important, one drop less is not enough, one drop too much is very sweet. But once you've got your balance it's great. Very happy I can continue having sweet things while on Keto.
It’s okay and similar to bread but doesn’t really taste like it. Slices easily but difficult to toast. Probably won’t buy it again.

This is blatant misinformation - your custard powder is NOT Keto because it contains sucralose.
Sucralose is not considered keto-friendly because research shows it can cause an insulin response, potentially kicking you out of ketosis.

This product hits all the macros i need without the guilt and sugar.I mix it with low fat yoghirt or low fat cottage cheese and it goes really well,and i can get 2 to 3 desserts from one sachet this way,so it goes a long way.

I suppose there is enough naturally occurring sugars in fruit as it is. So this product is a good substitute for all those jams with added sugars etc.
