This is my go-to electrolyte on a carnivore diet when I need the extra sodium and potassium. It really works especially when you have cramps after work out just drink this and will go away pretty much instrantly.

I have missed baked good till I came across yoketo. The lemon slice is so easy to make. It is very rich so you really only want a small piece. I did find it a bit sweet for me, so next time, I'm going to add a bit of salt to knock that back, and I think it would be lovely with some shredded coconut on top before it goes in the oven

Delicious, the chocolate is delicious too, will try vanilla next time

Try to avoid protein bars and stick to real food but in a pinch this was well tasty , didn't feel unhealthy & not overly sweet. One of the better protein bars out there
