Good texture and taste

Respectfully, I don't know what Liz is smoking to give this a 1-star, as that would only make sense if it made you projectile vomit immediately.

This is a nice pasta alternative that has a decent taste and texture and I'd recommend it in a pinch.

I am not a great lover of Strawberry puddings etc, but I chopped some real Strawberries in pudding and it was quite enjoyable.

Ive been trying many different products to help with training in ketosis, this is by far the best stuff ive ever tried. It works, its amazing, its the real deal. Nothing else has pushed me through like this product. Im truly blown away and highly recommend this product for athletes competing in events requiring a longer lasting boost of energy while in ketosis.
The price is high. But if you save it for you event day, youll be glad you purchased it.

It’s the first time using oat fibre
