Can’t recommend this product enough! I have dry skin and have always used expensive well known name brand products. I could notice a huge improvement in the hydration and brightness of my skin very quickly! I no longer use serums and moisturiser- the mystic tallow balm does a better job on its own.

Not everyone will agree but, in my opinion, this is the best reduced carb pasta I've tried. It's the closest thing to regular pasta in taste although the texture is more "Al dente" than I like when cooked per instructions on the packet. I find adding a few minutes cooking time rectifies this. For anyone who loves pasta but is watching their carb intake, do yourselves a favour and give this a try.

These are very good for a general indication based on the colour chart provided, not as useful for people wanting to track a more detailed level of ketosis. Another benefit is that these strips are very easy to use. The only real issue is that the numbers next to the colours for the ranges is quite small and I need a magnifying glass along with the my glasses to read them (one of the joys of getting older).
