I suppose there is enough naturally occurring sugars in fruit as it is. So this product is a good substitute for all those jams with added sugars etc.
This is the second time buying the raw unflavoured LMNT mix and I absolutely love it.
It’s the best consistency Jam I have ever eaten that’s low sugar and low carb. I adore the touch of chilli with it.

The product is pretty cheap and does not get you into ketosis like other more expensive products do unfortunately.

Used a couple times to crumb chicken thigh for my japanese katsu. Honestly so good and I can't tell the difference between panko crumbed or these. Still got that amazing crunch and coats well. I would've uploaded a photo but I ate it already.

I quite like the flavors of all of the 6 water drops so far. There is a stevia - fake sugar taste. But still enjoyable.
