Looks and smells like traditional brown sugar. I have not had a chance to try it in cooking this time as yet. I have previously cooked with keto brown sugar and found I did not need as much sweetness in any foods since going protein focused keto. The more protein I eat the less sweet cravings I experience however when we have visitors they do not comment on any taste difference instead they say oh the cake or crumble is delicious are you having a cheat day... and I smile and say nothing else. If they cannot taste the difference and are a fan of going keto there is no need to explain
