Erythritol has zero calories and does not affect your blood glucose.

Perfect for cooking and baking, erthritol can usually replace sugar in most recipes.

Even though it’s a sugar alcohol, erthritol doesn’t have some of the often associated effects, such as bloating and diarrhoea. This is because 90% of the sugar alcohol is absorbed before the bowel leading to less GI issues.
