DIRECTIONS - Makes 300g mash (3 serves)

  1. In a mid sized saucepan, place 1 cup Low Carb Mash and 400ml cold water.
  2. Place on medium heat and bring to the boil, whisking.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. The longer you cook it, the thicker mash you will get.
  4. Add salt to taste. Serve warm.

TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash

Really Versatile

This is really nice but make sure you add salt and oil/butter as can be a bit bland. 1 cup goes a long way I got 3 meals out of it. The first one I added salt and butter for bangers (g/f chevups) and mash for dinner. The next day for lunch I had some left over roast chicken . This time I added some ground parmesan (you could add any of your favourite cheese or garlic if you wish) and some of the PB Co g/f l/c breadcrumbs and tried to make up a hasbrown type of thingy it kind of worked but still tasted yum and I still had some left for dinner again with left over Chevups. Would recommend just maybe make up less than stated first time in case its not to your liking, then you can pass it on to someone who would like it . Using one cup of the packet as it states only leaves about a quarter of the packet of it, luckily I had accidentally ordered another pack from another website so I can add it to that. Happy experimenting
