  • 2 Tbsp Thickened cream
  • ½ 1-2 Tbsp Keto honey (or use powdered sweetener of your choice)
  • 125 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ Tbsp Banana extract flavour

Topping

Instructions

  1. Pop the avocado in the freezer overnight
  2. Blend all the ingredients together, until you reach a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. Add toppings
  4. Enjoy it as your breakfast. The taste is heaven
