Ok it’s not made with 300 kilos of cane sugar, so…

You have to expect it not to have same viscosity and flavour as regular chilli sauce you’ll find tho it’s a spicy sauce that pairs well with anything basically. I haven’t experimented with it yet but would be great on a burger meat patty, perhaps add to a salad dressing, idk what about add to mayo, what about wok fried eggs for brekkie. It has the potential to become a pantry staple.
