We all know that two or three meals a day is the way to go, but sometimes life just calls out for a crispy, savoury snack. Whether it's something to stick in a bowl when friends drop buy, something to munch during a movie or something to stick out at Christmas, sometimes life just calls for a crispy snack.

But most crisps and crackers are made from either potatoes or grains, both of which send your blood sugar rocketing, kicking you out of ketosis. But thankfully a number of food manufacturers saw a gap in the market and rushed to provide crispy snacks that are full of flavour and crunch but low on the carbs.
