Decent Coconut Snack

I liked these cookies, but they had just a so so taste. They definitely had a coconut flavor, but it was just like eating a crunchy version of coconut flakes. There was nothing that really stood out as being special. I think this company would be well served to add some kind of flavor to these cookies to differentiate them from coconut flakes.
