Two textures. One job: make keto food taste better.
- Fine salt for everyday cooking, seasoning, sauces and salad dressing.
- Coarse salt for finishing, roasting veg and salting proteins for better texture.
- Low carb staple that lifts meat, eggs and veggies without extra carbs.
- 500g bags that last, so the pantry stays stocked.
What’s in the Nature First collection
This collection includes two products from Nature First: Celtic Sea Salt - Fine - 500g and Celtic Sea Salt - Coarse - 500g. It’s a simple range because it does a simple job — turn basic low carb meals into meals you want to repeat.
Celtic Sea Salt - Fine - 500g
The everyday workhorse. Use it while cooking: eggs, mince, soups, sauces, salad dressing and quick weeknight dinners.
Celtic Sea Salt - Coarse - 500g
The finishing salt. Perfect for roast veg, steaks, chops, air fryer meals, and anytime you want that clean “salt crunch”.
Why good salt matters on keto
- Flavour keeps you consistent. If dinner tastes boring, the plan falls apart. Salt fixes that fast.
- Simple meals need strong basics. Keto is often meat + eggs + veg. Good salt does heavy lifting.
- Less need for sauces. When food is properly seasoned, you don’t have to “rescue” it.
How to choose: Fine vs Coarse
- Pick Fine if you want one salt for daily cooking and seasoning.
- Pick Coarse if you want finishing texture on meats and roasted vegetables.
- Best setup: Fine by the stove, Coarse by the chopping board.
FAQs
Is Nature First Celtic Sea Salt suitable for keto and low carb?
Yes. Salt is a zero-carb pantry staple and fits keto and low carb cooking. Choose the texture that matches how you cook.
Do both textures taste different?
The flavour profile is similar, but the experience changes. Fine disappears into food. Coarse gives a finishing pop and texture.
What foods show the difference fastest?
Eggs, steak, roast cauliflower, zucchini, avocado and simple salads. If you eat those often, Nature First earns its place quickly.
Nature First keeps the basics strong. Choose Fine, Coarse, or both — then let every low carb meal taste more satisfying from the first sprinkle.
