Used a couple times to crumb chicken thigh for my japanese katsu. Honestly so good and I can't tell the difference between panko crumbed or these. Still got that amazing crunch and coats well. I would've uploaded a photo but I ate it already.

Bought these to try out some low carb pizza and bread recipes, perfect.

Better than panko breadcrumbs!

We made keto chicken schnitzels using this. We coated the chook in egg and then covered with this crumb and put them in the air fryer. AMAZING! Even my fussy non-keto texture challenged wife not only approved, she prefers this crumb to the panko crumbs we used to use in the past.
