Ingredients
100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched). Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Fractions, L Glutamine, Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Lactase Enzyme, Sweetener (Sucralose <1%), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Whole Egg Powder, Baking Powder, Cinnamon Powder.
How to make
To prepare your Cinnamon Donut you will need:
- 15 - 20ml of water
- 5 - 10g of Melted butter
- Donut Mould
Mix: Empty contents of this pack into a mug. Add water, butter and mix well. Place in donut mould.
Microwave: Heat on high for 30 - 60 seconds.
Finish – Mix 1 teaspoon of sweetener and a ¼ tsp of cinnamon. Lightly sprinkle your donut on both sides
