What’s in Re-Lyte

Each serve contains sodium and potassium in a 2:1 ratio, plus magnesium, chloride, calcium and 60+ trace minerals from Real Salt.

Subtle, salty-sweet and sugar-free flavour

Re-Lyte uses Real Salt brand unrefined sea salt with its 60+ trace minerals, which gives it its subtle salty-sweet taste.


HOW TO MIX RE-LYTE

  1. Mix one scoop of Re-Lyte into 500-750ml of water. Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
  2. After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve.

Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.

You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. That is trace minerals from Real Salt, which are safe to consume.

Best Electrolytes with no nasties or sugar

Have been using Re-Lyte Electrolytes for years. Great to have first thing in the morning to re-hydrate and get those extra minerals we all need or in your water bottle during the day or pre or post workout. This flavour is delicious. Great product and taste, easy to stay hydrated

I've tried A LOT of different electrolyte products - keto and non-keto friendly - and Re-lyte is up there as one of the best ones. It tastes pretty good and has a good balance of the essential electrolytes. I am not a big water drinker but adding a scoop to 700ml and I will usually have 5 or 6 of these a day. One thing to note is that if I follow the 1 scoop per 500ml recommendation on the label the mixture ends up being a bit too sweet and harder to drink so 700ml per scoop for me seems to be the good spot.
