Mizzi's hand pick floating salt flakes from clay pans from their organic salt farm in the semi desert of Doodlakine in Western Australia.
It's made from pure and clean underground brine, full of minerals from ancient seas and sunshine.
Plus Mizzi's let the delicate flakes an extra day in the brine to get additional crunch and additional flavour.
