Barbell Foods: meat snacks without the BS ingredients.

Organic, grass-fed Aussie beef biltong and droëwors meat sticks made for busy, active days. High protein, good fats, zero carbs — with simple ingredients and proper flavour.

3 simple ingredients

Barbell Foods biltong is made with organic grass-fed Australian beef, gluten free vinegar and pantry spices.

High protein, zero carbs

A keto-friendly snack profile designed for low carb eating: high protein, good fats, and no added sugar.

Air-dried the traditional way

Biltong is slowly air-dried (not cooked fast like jerky), using simple seasoning instead of sugary sauces.

About Barbell Foods

Barbell Foods was created by South African expats (and a couple of Aussie mates) who wanted a better snack option than the usual ultra-processed "high protein" products. The result is biltong and droëwors made with clean, recognisable ingredients and a traditional air-drying process that delivers a tender, savoury bite.

Why Yo Keto shoppers keep Barbell Foods stocked

Keto and low carb friendly: a genuinely easy swap for chips and sugary snack bars.
Clean-label confidence: no preservatives, plus free-from positioning across gluten, soy, dairy and sugar.
Protein you can grab and go: ideal for gym bags, road trips, desk drawers and the 3pm danger zone.
Better than jerky (if you care about ingredients): Barbell Foods highlights biltong as more natural than jerky, relying on simple spices rather than heavy sauces.

What you'll find in this collection
