Daily Electrolytes + Minerals capsules contain sodium, potassium and magnesium, as well as trace minerals such as zinc, manganese and molybdenum.

Unflavoured electrolyte capsules with added minerals. 240 capsules per bottle.

 

How many capsules should I take?

SALTT recommend 8-12 capsules per day, taken with water. (It sounds like a lot, but the alternative was a gigantic horse pill, and nobody wants to deal with that!) You can start with fewer. Do not exceed the directions on the label.
