How to use collagen powder

Mix 1 serve (15g), approximately 2 heaped tablespoons, with 300mL of cold water. Stir, shake or blend until smooth. You can also add it to smoothies, coffee, tea, pancakes, baking and other recipes.

For best results, enjoy 1 serve per day. Do not consume if the prepared drink has been left for longer than 4 hours.

What is hydrolysed collagen?

Hydrolysed collagen is collagen protein that has been broken down into smaller collagen peptides. This powder is designed to dissolve quickly, making it simple to enjoy as a daily protein supplement.
