Calcium carbonate makes Re-Lyte Energy easier to mix. Because it’s combined with citric acid, taking calcium carbonate in Re-Lyte isn’t the same as taking it by itself.

Re-Lyte Energy contains beetroot, ginseng, maca, Rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha.
