Each serve contains sodium and potassium in a 2:1 ratio, plus magnesium, chloride, calcium and 60+ trace minerals from Real Salt.

Re-Lyte uses Real Salt brand unrefined sea salt with its 60+ trace minerals, which gives it its subtle salty-sweet taste.
HOW TO MIX RE-LYTE
- Mix one stick of Re-Lyte into 500-750ml of water. Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
- After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
- Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve.
Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.
You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. That is trace minerals from Real Salt, which are safe to consume.
