Made With Redmond Real Salt

Re-Lyte is made with Redmond Real Salt, an unrefined ancient sea salt, together with potassium citrate and magnesium. Just add it to your water bottle, whether you’re heading to the gym or chasing your toddler around the house.

Delicious Taste Without Any Junk

Re-Lyte Strawberry Lemonade has a subtle, salty-sweet flavour that makes it unique and incredibly delicious. It doesn’t contain any sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours or junk ingredients, so you can feel good about making it a regular part of your clean lifestyle.

What’s in Re-Lyte

Each serve contains sodium and potassium in a 2:1 ratio, plus magnesium, chloride, calcium and 60+ trace minerals from Real Salt.

Subtle, salty-sweet and sugar-free flavour

Re-Lyte uses Real Salt brand unrefined sea salt with its 60+ trace minerals, which gives it its subtle salty-sweet taste.

HOW TO MIX RE-LYTE

Mix one scoop of Re-Lyte into 20-24oz (about 600-700ml) of water. Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve.

Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.

You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. That is trace minerals from Real Salt, which are safe to consume.

Was worried what it would taste like

Was worried what it would taste like.
Along with mango, its probably my favourite flavour now.

Relyte Strawberry

This is my go-to electrolyte on a carnivore diet when I need the extra sodium and potassium. It really works especially when you have cramps after work out just drink this and will go away pretty much instrantly.

My fasting helper

Great product to keep me hydrated outside of my eating window. The saltiness can take a bit of getting used to but it doesn't take long and you can always have it less concentrated.

Well worth it!

First time trying anything from the Redmond brand, and I'm super loving the Strawberry Lemonade Re-Lyte! We've had a very sweaty start to summer after our a/c died, and I've really felt the difference with the Re-Lyte compared to the supermarket electrolytes I used prior. Highly recommend!

Love the flavour

Best electrolyte on the market

I use Relyte daily, it’s my go to electrolyte. Great flavours and the team at Yoketo offer a great friendly service.

Best Electrolytes with no nasties or sugar

Have been using Re-Lyte Electrolytes for years. Great to have first thing in the morning to re-hydrate and get those extra minerals we all need. This flavour is delicious. These are recommended by the Dr James DiNicolatonia who wrote "The Salt Fix". Yo Keto shipped and delivered very promptly. Great Service
