THE ALL-IN-ONE HYDRATION POWDER
Dr. Hydrate is an all-in-one hydration powder containing electrolytes, vitamins & minerals, plus L-glutamine, acetyl-L-carnitine and a probiotic. It is a great-tasting powder with no added sugar or artificial flavours. Simply mix with chilled water.
HASTA CERTIFIED
Dr. Hydrate is HASTA Certified. Every batch is tested for more than 250 WADA banned drugs. HASTA certification requires Dr. Hydrate to have been through a comprehensive quality review and verification testing.
Directions
Mix 1 levelled scoop with 600-700ml of chilled water. Any sediment is just minerals and vitamins so give it a good shake.
